About the role:

This position works within our Technology Advisory team and is an integrated part of managing our clients’ success. This role strongly focuses on understanding the existing ecosystem of apps we use (Xero, QBO, Gusto, Bill.com, Dear Systems, etc.) to evaluate our customers’ operations and practices and recommend solutions that will streamline efficiencies.

What you'll do as a Software Solution Specialist at Bookkeeper360:

• Collaborate with clients and the BK360 Delivery team to define and clarify product vision

• Support delivery by recommending and supporting tech stack implementations.

• Document help articles for the client support page: https://support.bookkeeper360.com/

• Develop BK360 standard tech stack blueprint for specific industries like eCom, construction, professional services, etc.

• Develop workflows to improve efficiencies on client engagements with tools like Zapier and Integromat

• Conduct business process assessments to advise on the most efficient platforms/processes to carry out

• Train and support staff on our BK360 tech stacks

• Establish best practices around the software solution process, including upskilling client teams

• Manage 3rd party technology integrations and best practices

• Document SOPs and best practices in Bookkeeper360's internal resource center for accounting and integrations

• Provide input, influence decisions, and implement creative solutions

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist sales in the quoting process.

• Assist Onboarding and Client Services departments on an as-needed basis in busy times
